# Troubleshooting > Fixes for the most common capture, import, tagging, and playback problems. Most issues come down to sign-in, the extension, or a paused import. Work through the section that matches your symptom. ## Saves aren't showing up - Check you are signed in at stashr.me. The extension shares that session. - Check the extension is installed. Look for the green puzzle indicator in the app header, or open the [Connections](/docs/connections) page. - Check the platform's capture toggle is on, in the extension settings or on the Connections page. - When you save, look for the "Stashed" tooltip. - Open the extension popup and check the sync bar for failed uploads. Press **Retry**. ## The tooltip says Failed The post is still saved on the platform. Stashr will not lose it silently, and capture problems are listed in the extension settings under Sync health. To retry, unsave and save the post again. ## An import shows an error or is paused Make sure you are logged in to the platform in the same browser, then press **Resume** (or **Retry import** on the Connections page). Rate limits are waited out automatically. If the row says "Import temporarily unavailable", imports for that platform are paused server-side, so try again later. ## Reddit import stops around 1,000 items That is Reddit's own limit on the saved listing, not a Stashr bug. The row shows "Up to date (platform limit ~1000)". ## My library is locked behind a plan screen Your free trial ended. Pick a plan to continue. Your saved library is kept safe. Captured-but-unuploaded saves are held for about a week and upload after you upgrade; if you wait longer, run an import to pull them back in. If you already subscribed elsewhere, use the extension's "Already subscribed? Refresh". See [Plans & billing](/docs/plans-and-billing). ## Tags aren't appearing - AI auto-tagging is a Pro (or trial) feature and must be enabled in **Settings > Tags & Organisation**. - Tagging is asynchronous: usually minutes, occasionally up to a day. - Cards show "Capturing…" then "Tagging…" while in flight. - Trial accounts have a capped AI tagging allowance. Check the meter in **Settings > Billing**. ## A video won't play in my library Stashr does not store video files, only a poster image plus a link to the original for playback. TikTok and Instagram covers are copied to Stashr, so they keep showing. X video posters are still loaded from X, so they can stop working if the post is removed. The post's text always remains. ## Search can't find something - Try describing the content in plain language. - Check your active filters, since they narrow results. - Mosaic view works on every plan and surfaces images whose post text or tags match. Searching images by what is actually in them (image recognition) needs Pro. ## I uninstalled the extension by accident Reinstall from the [Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/stashr-ai-bookmark-saver/mampphpkeibkmmdhdfenjdedpioklfmf).
