Every message is read and answered by Deckard, who builds Stashr.
Stashr is an independent product run by one person from Australia, so there is no ticket queue and no sales team: email is the way in, and the reply comes from the person who wrote the code. Include the email address on your Stashr account when you write about an account or billing matter, and the X-Request-Id of a failed call when you write about the API.

Access, correction, export, or deletion requests, and any question about how your data is handled under the privacy policy.
