What Stashr saves from LinkedIn

LinkedIn's Saved posts page is one long list. There's no search, no folders, and no tags, so the framework or hiring thread you saved last quarter is in there somewhere, findable only by scrolling. Stashr captures each post the moment you save it and files a copy in your library, with the same AI tagging and plain-English search as every other save.

For every save, Stashr keeps the full post text with tagged people and companies linked, its hashtags and links, every image of a multi-image post, and the author, whether that's a person or a company page. Videos are kept as their poster frame with a link back to the post, and a repost shows the original post as a quote. Unsave a post and Stashr removes it from your library to match.

What gets captured

Posts & articles

The full text of any post you save, with tagged people, companies, hashtags, and links kept, plus who wrote it. For an article in your feed, you keep the post around it and a link back.

Every image

Multi-image posts are saved image by image, not just the cover, and stored while LinkedIn's links are still good. Videos keep their poster frame.

Reposts

A repost keeps the original post inside it as a quote, so you can see what was shared and who first wrote it.

How saving from LinkedIn works

Save the way you already do. Stashr handles the rest in the background.

1. Turn it on, then save

Click Turn on in the extension once and allow access to LinkedIn. After that, open the ••• menu on any post and click Save, exactly like you do now.

2. Stashr grabs the full post

The moment you save, the extension pulls the post's text, images, and author in the background, and a small “Stashed” tooltip confirms it.

3. It lands in your library

Your copy is filed and searchable in plain English, with AI tags in your own words if you turn them on, and it's kept even if the author later deletes the post.

Bring your saved posts over

Already have a long Saved posts list? Run a one-time import from the extension or the Connections page, and Stashr walks the whole list from a LinkedIn tab in the background, filing each post as the same searchable copy, images included.

It runs while you keep working and never changes your saved posts on LinkedIn. Stashr just takes its own copy of each one. You only need to be logged in to LinkedIn in the same browser.

Why people use it

LinkedIn makes it easy to save a post. It does nothing to help you find it again.

Saved posts you can actually search

LinkedIn's Saved posts has no search, folders, or tags. In Stashr every save is searchable by what it's about, so "that post about pricing a consulting offer" finds it.

Survives deletes and expired links

LinkedIn's image links expire within weeks, and a saved post becomes a dead link if the author deletes it. Stashr keeps its own copy of the text and images, so yours stays put.

One library for everything

Your LinkedIn saves sit alongside what you keep from X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, GitHub, and Hacker News, sorted into collections and searchable from one place.

Nothing new to do

You save on LinkedIn exactly as you always have. Stashr just makes each one organized, searchable, and yours to keep.
