TikTok favorites exporter

In the TikTok app, go to Profile, the menu in the top corner, Settings and privacy, Account, then Download your data. Pick All data (or at least Activity) and the JSON format, then request it. TikTok can take a few hours to a few days to prepare it, and the download expires after about 4 days.

Drop the whole .zip TikTok gives you, or the user_data_tiktok.json file from inside it. TXT exports work too: drop the zip, or the Favorite Videos.txt and Like List.txt files. The tool finds the Favorites and Like List sections on its own, including older and newer export layouts.

TikTok's embed API wouldn't return that video, which usually means it was deleted, made private, or the account is gone. It's worth knowing which favorites have already vanished, since the link is all you have left for those.
