Do I need to be a developer to use it?

How do agents authenticate?

Interactive agents reuse your browser sign-in. Unattended runners use a scoped stashr_ API key kept in secret storage.

What it does

Your saves shouldn't be locked behind a UI. The Stashr CLI is a small command-line client for the same library: search by meaning, browse with structured filters, read any save in full, and stash new links from a terminal, a script, or a coding agent like Claude Code.

Every command prints readable text by default and stable JSON with a flag. Output is bounded by design, so agents discover cheaply and read deeply only when a save actually matters. An installable agent skill teaches coding agents the whole workflow in one command, and scoped API keys cover headless automation and CI.

How it works

1. Install and sign in

Install @stashr/cli with npm or bun, then stashr login connects your account through the browser. Headless runners use a scoped API key instead.

2. Search, read, organize

stashr search finds saves by meaning, stashr get reads one in full, and save, update, and collections keep the filing scriptable.

3. Hand it to your agent

Add the official Stashr skill so coding agents learn when to search, when to fetch, and how to file things properly, without a custom prompt.
