AI auto-tagging

Every save tags itself, in your words

AI reads the text and images of each save and files it under your own tags, so your library organizes itself as it fills up.

What it does

Tagging is the part of organizing that everyone means to keep up with and almost nobody does. So Stashr does it for you. The moment a save lands, its AI reads the post, the words and the images, and works out what it's actually about: the topic, who made it, and what it's for.

Crucially, it tags in your words, not a fixed taxonomy. Stashr looks at the tags you already use and prefers them, only inventing a new one when nothing fits. The result is a library that organizes itself as it fills up, with tags that look like the ones you'd have written by hand. AI auto-tagging is part of Pro.

How it works

It reads the save

When a new save lands, the model reads its text and looks at up to 10 of its images, the way you'd glance at a post to know what it is.

It reuses your tags

It's handed the tags you already use and told to prefer them, so your vocabulary stays consistent. It only invents a new tag when nothing you have fits.

It files it

Each save shows up pre-tagged with one to eight tags, ready to filter, group into collections, and search, with no manual sorting from you.

A 12-step guide to dialing in cold brew at home, with ratios for every batch size.

Why people use it

Auto-tagging only earns its keep if the tags are actually yours and actually useful. Here's how Stashr keeps them that way.

Your words, not a fixed taxonomy

It reuses the tags you already use instead of forcing your saves into a rigid, pre-set category list. Your library ends up tagged the way you think, not the way a tool decided.

Reads images, not just text

It looks at the visuals as well as the words, so a wordless screenshot, a meme, or an image-only post still gets tagged for what's actually in it.

1 to 8 tags per save

Each save gets enough tags to find it later without burying it in noise: specific where that helps, restrained where it doesn't.

You stay in control

Every AI tag is editable, and any tag you add or change wins. The AI gives you a tidy starting point, not a decision you're stuck with.
