What it does
A normal bookmark is just a link, a pointer to something living on someone else's platform. The moment the author deletes the post, the account goes private, or the platform shuts down, that pointer leads nowhere and your save is gone. You did everything right and still lost it.
Stashr keeps its own copy. The instant you save something, it pulls the text and images into your library and stores them, so what you keep is yours. Delete the post, lock the account, take the whole app offline, and your copy stays readable and searchable. Video is the one exception: the caption and cover image are kept, not the video file itself.
