Collections
Save a set of filters as a live, named rule that new matching bookmarks flow into automatically.
A collection is a saved set of filters with a name, color, and icon. It lives in your sidebar. New bookmarks that match the filters keep flowing in automatically, so a collection is a live rule, not a static folder.
Collections require an active plan or trial. They are part of the app's paid surface.
Creating a collection
Apply filters
On the bookmarks page, build the filter set you want. See Filters.
Press the collection + button
Press the collection + button in the toolbar. The first time, a short explainer appears ("Collections start with a filter", "Then just name it"). After that you go straight to the naming dialog.
Name it
In Name your collection, enter a name (for example "TikTok Recipes"), pick a color, and pick an icon.
Search text is not saved into a collection, only structural filters (platform, tags, authors, media, and so on).
Opening a collection
Click a collection in the sidebar to open it. It applies its saved filters.
Managing collections
Each sidebar row has a "..." menu:
| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit | Rename, or change color and icon. |
| Set position | Move the collection to a specific spot. |
| Move up / Move down | Nudge its order. |
| Delete | Remove the collection. This never deletes bookmarks. |
With two or more collections, you can also drag to reorder them.
Drift: unsaved filter changes
If you tweak filters while a collection is open, a dot marks it as modified and the "..." menu gains two more items:
- Save changes: update the collection to the current filters.
- Save as new: create a separate collection from the current filters.
To discard your changes, click the collection row again to reset to its saved filters.
