Archive
Prune your library on your own terms with a 30-day safety window before deletion.
Archiving lets you tidy your library without deleting anything right away. Archived bookmarks leave your normal views but stay recoverable for a while.
Archive a bookmark
- From a card's ... menu, choose Archive.
- To archive several at once, enter Select mode, choose the bookmarks, then click Archive.
The Archived page
Open Archived from the sidebar to see everything you have archived. It offers Grid, Row, and Timeline views (there is no Mosaic view here).
A banner at the top reads: "Archived items are permanently deleted 30 days after archiving."
Each archived card shows:
- A countdown, like "12d left". It turns a warning color during the final 7 days.
- An always-visible Restore button. You can also bulk restore using select mode.
After 30 days, the bookmark and its stored media are permanently deleted. There is no un-delete after that point.
Things to know
- Archiving does not refund your AI tagging allowance on trial accounts.
- Unsaving on the platform (for example, removing an X bookmark) also removes the bookmark from Stashr. Archive is different: it is for pruning your library on your own terms while keeping a recovery window.
