Plans & billing

Compare the Hobby and Pro plans, understand your trial, and manage your subscription.

Stashr has two plans. New accounts start on a free trial with full Pro access.

Plans

HobbyPro
Monthly$8/mo$10/mo
Yearly$6/mo billed yearly$7.50/mo billed yearly

Hobby includes unlimited saves, all supported platforms, real-time capture, bulk import, collections, filters, meaning-based text search, Mosaic view, and web clips. On Hobby, images surface in search when the post's text or tags match.

Pro includes everything in Hobby, plus AI auto-tagging of every save and image recognition: Stashr analyzes what is inside each saved image, so you can search your images by their content and meaning, not just the post's text or tags.

An AI agent and MCP support are listed as coming soon on Pro.

Your trial

New accounts start on a free trial with full Pro access. While Stashr is in beta, trials don't expire.

Trial accounts have an AI tagging allowance, shown as a meter in Settings > Billing and on the sidebar card.

If the trial ends without a plan, your library locks behind a plan chooser and saving pauses. Nothing you have already saved is deleted: your library is kept safe. Captured-but-unuploaded saves are held by the extension for about a week and upload once you pick a plan; if you take longer than that, run an import to bring them in. Settings stays reachable.

Upgrading

You can upgrade from Settings > Billing (Upgrade to Pro), the sidebar trial card, or the avatar menu. Checkout and payment are handled by Polar, Stashr's payment provider.

After checkout you land back in the app. If you subscribed on another device, the extension has an "Already subscribed? Refresh" link.

Managing or canceling

Open Settings > Billing and click Manage to open the billing portal, where you can change plan, update your payment method, or cancel. Your billing history (orders, amounts, and dates) is listed on the same page.
